I started this when I lived in Brooklyn and struggled for grace in a city that grants moments of beauty and ugliness breathtakingly close to one another. Now I live in a place where things are a different kind of ugly and the beauty is pedestrian. I struggle with that.

I wish the exposure had turned out better...although it's little disappointments like that, along with the clarity of Dr S' snaps, that is pushing me towards using a "real" camera and will perhaps finally wean me off my cel phone cam.

yeah, i'm about to bust out the ol' ol' ol' school camera for some picture taking goodness. Though, as you've noted before, the difficulty of your technology has elicited quite unique, and dare I say it? (Oh, I dare, I dare! I'm a WildWoman!) beautiful pictures.

maybe you can alternate days for me? =)

well, it's also possible my recent photos have been a little blurry because I haven't been taking the time to work them as well. perhaps now is the time for a little more focus.
